I would like to provide some customer feedback. My 95 year old grandmother was having a problem with her alarm. I rang Ness security last week and was given the no of a technician called Steve, whom your staff told me was the best and only person to contact.
He was fantastic! He attended her house the same day I called and was on time (rare for anyone these days).
My grandma said he was the best technician that had ever helped her.
He fixed the alarm within expected time frame at a reasonable price and even helped her with a light timer.
Of all the technican’s I have worked with he is by far the best.
